By accessing or using the Atlanta's Winter Wonderland in the Park website and event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or attend our event.

General admission is free with RSVP. Ticketed experiences require a valid pass purchased through our authorized ticketing provider. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who disrupts the event, violates these terms, or endangers others.

Tickets and experience passes are non-refundable except where required by law. Passes are valid only for the date and time specified. Resale of tickets above face value is prohibited.

Submission of a vendor application or sponsorship inquiry does not guarantee approval or placement. We review all applications at our sole discretion. Approved vendors and sponsors must comply with all event rules and any separate agreement provided upon acceptance.

Volunteers participate at their own risk and are expected to follow all instructions provided by event staff. Volunteers are not employees of the event organizers.

Monetary donations and toy drive contributions are accepted as stated on our site. Donations are generally non-refundable. We apply your contributions toward the event and community initiatives described at the time of donation.

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner. Prohibited activities include harassment, vandalism, unlawful behavior, and any action that endangers attendees, staff, or property. Violators may be removed without refund.

All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Atlanta's Winter Wonderland. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written permission.

By submitting applications, inquiries, or feedback, you grant us permission to use the information provided to process your request and operate the event. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or attendance at our event. Participation is at your own risk.

Our site may link to third-party websites and services such as our ticketing and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
